  • Launch the Haptique Config App on your mobile device.
  • Tap on the Device Pool tab from the main screen.

  • Tap the “+” icon next to the Denon label.
3. Auto-Discovery & Connection
  • Tap Connect to begin automatic discovery of Denon AVR devices.
  • Wait a few seconds for the scan to complete.
  • When your Denon AVR appears in the list, tap on it.
  • You may optionally rename the device.
  • Tap Save to add it to your Device Pool.
4. Adding Multiple Denon AVRs
  • To add more Denon AVRs, repeat the process by tapping the “+” icon in the Denon section again.
  • Use the same discovery and naming steps for each unit.
✅ Assign to Rooms
  • After adding your AVR, go back to the Dashboard.
  • Tap on the Room tab to assign your Denon AVR to a room for organized control.
⚠️ Troubleshooting Auto-Discovery
✅ Step 1: Verify Network Connection
  • Ensure both the AVR and your phone are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart the AVR, router, or mobile device if needed.
✅ Step 2: Add Device Manually
  • If auto-discovery fails, an Add Manually button will appear — tap on it.
  • On your AVR, find its IP address via the Network Settings menu.
  • Enter the IP address into the app’s manual entry field.
  • Assign a device name and tap Submit.
