✅ Step 1: Power On the Haptique RS90 Remote

Locate the Power Button
The power button is positioned on the right side near the screen.

Turn On the Remote
Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the device powers on.

If the Device Doesn’t Power On
Connect the remote to the charger using the provided cable.
Let it charge for a few minutes, then try powering it on again.

✅ Step 2: Connect to Your Home Wi-Fi Network

After the device powers on, you'll see a QR code and a Settings (⚙️) icon on the screen. If there is an update available, pop-up will display it. Make sure to update the controller 

Tap the Settings icon.

Connect to Wi-Fi
Select your home Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Once connected, press the Back button to return to the main screen.

✅ Step 3: Update the System App

On the main screen, wait a few seconds.
An App Update popup should appear.

If the popup does not appear:
Restart your device.
Ensure Wi-Fi is connected and the internet is working.

When prompted, press the ‘Update’ button.
The app will begin downloading, and a 100% progress bar will be displayed.

Please wait at least 1 minute for the background installation and automatic app restart.

✅ Step 4: Download the Haptique Config App

On your Android or iOS mobile device, search for and install the Haptique Config App from the App Store or Google Play.

💡 Tip: iPads and tablets are supported, but we recommend using a mobile phone for best results.

✅ Step 5: Create or Log In to Your Haptique Account

Open the Haptique Config App.

Choose to:
• Create a new account by entering your details.
• Or log in directly using your Google or Apple account.

✅ Step 6: Link Your Haptique RS90 to Your Account

In the Haptique Config App, go to:
Settings > Add Haptique

Scan the QR code displayed on your Haptique RS90 screen.
Do not tap your phone screen while scanning.
If the QR image freezes, tap once to refresh and scan again.

Once scanned, an OTP (One-Time Password) will appear on the RS90 screen.
Enter the OTP into the Config App when prompted.

Upon successful linking, a clock icon will appear on the RS90 screen — confirming that your device is now linked to your account.
