Follow the steps below to successfully integration your Homey Pro with the Haptique Config App.

🔧 Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure the following:

• Both your Homey Pro and mobile device running the Haptique Config App are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• You have access to your Homey Pro’s Local IP Address.
• You have created an Authentication API Key from your Homey account (instructions below).

🛠 Step-by-Step Integration

1. Open Device Pool

• Launch the Haptique Config App on your mobile device.
• Tap on the Device Pool tab from the main screen.

2. Add a New Device

• Tap the "+" (Plus) icon in the Device Pool screen.
• Scroll to find the Homey section.
• Tap the "+" (Plus) icon next to the Homey label.

3. Connect to Homey Pro

In the connection setup screen:

• Paste your Homey Pro’s Local IP Address into the IP Address field.
• Paste your Authentication API Key into the API Key field.

How to Create an Authentication API Key:

1. Open your web browser and visit: 👉 https://my.homey.app/
2. Log in with your Homey account credentials.
3. On the left side menu, click the Settings (⚙️) icon.
4. In the Settings list, under the System tab, select API Key.
5. Click New API Key.
6. Give your API key a name (any name you like).
7. Select the Homey checkbox.
8. After creation, your API Key will be displayed.
9. Copy the key and save it safely (e.g., paste into a notepad).
10. Press Done after saving the key.

4. Finalize the Connection

• Enter the saved API Key into the API Key field in the Haptique Config App.
• Tap Save Device.

✅ Device Connected Successfully

• After saving, you will see a confirmation screen that Homey is connected.
• Tap the Select Devices button.
• From the list, choose the Homey devices you want to control via the Haptique.
• The selected devices will now be shown in the Device Pool, along with any associated Flow.

Now you can fully control your selected Homey Pro devices through the Haptique Config App!
