Haptique not connecting with Config App

Haptique is an Android system where the Haptique app runs as a system app. If the version is not latest by anychance the app will refuse to connect with the latest config app. To fix that we have some troubleshooting steps for you.

1. Haptique will show a QR code with Green dot on the left if internet is connected. If the dot is yellow you do not have active Internet connection. Please fix it to be able to connect it to the Haptique server.

2. Haptique config is not updated, it will refuse to connect with the remote. Make sure you use the latest updated version via play store or the App Store.

3. To connect Haptique you can use the QR code scanner on the Dashboard or go to setting and click on "Add Haptique"
