How to remove your account connected to Haptique®.

  1. Open the Haptique® Config App
    • Launch the Haptique® application on your device.
  2. Go to Settings
    • Navigate to the app's setting by selecting the Settings option from the menu.
  3. Access Connected Remote
    • In the Settings section, look for the Connected Remote option and tap on it.
  4. Disconnect the Remote
    • Once you're in the Connected Remote menu, you should see your connected device (for example, "cantata-XXXX-ue_rs90")
    • Click on the Disconnect button to remove this remote from your account.
  5. Sign Out
    • After disconnecting the remote, return to the main Settings page.
    • Scroll up and select Sign Out.
    • You will be prompted with a confirmation message asking, "Are you sure you want to Sign Out of this session?"
    • Select Yes to complete the sign-out process.

    Following these steps ensures that your remote and account are properly disconnected from the Haptique® platform.
